The Legal Studies series is an activity learning resource which is based on the current NSW Board of Studies, Teaching and Educational Standards Legal Studies Preliminary (Year 11) syllabus (2009). It is also suitable for students in other Australian states undertaking a Legal Studies introductory course.
It is anticipated that students will have prior knowledge of the topics addressed in this two-book series. The activities in the books are based on the textbooks that the students use for legal studies at this level. By engaging actively with the information presented in their textbooks the students will gain a deeper understanding of the subject matter and extend their knowledge and skills of the legal system.
