These two photocopiable books provide self-contained lesson plans and resources that English teachers can use to reinforce or introduce specific language topics. Each book contains twenty language units. Book A focuses on reading for meaning. Topics include: punctuation, identifying meanings, inference and deduction, reading information texts, language in context, and formal and informal speech. Book B focuses on writing styles. Topics include: story structure, character and plot, story openings and endings, creating suspense, images and connotations, different genres, and writing arguments.
